Join MALT at Corda Ranch in Novato on Friday, May 15, 2026, 8:30 – 10:00 am for a special donor coffee. Meet recipients of MALT’s Small Grants Program to hear firsthand how their projects are strengthening Marin’s agricultural landscape.
You will learn from ranchers who are finding creative solutions to some of agriculture’s biggest challenges—from using innovative technology to restore native plants to reimagining grazing practices that benefit both livestock and wildlife. These conversations offer insight into how MALT’s small grants are helping ranchers build more resilient, sustainable operations, and making a big impact locally for our environment.
After the coffee you have the option to explore the neighboring Corda Family Ranch on two newly opened to the public hikes. You will need to drive to this neighboring ranch about a mile down Novato Blvd.
About Corda Ranch
For more than a century, the Corda family has stewarded this iconic 1,214-acre ranchland along Novato Boulevard, located in the headwaters of Stafford Lake. Through their long history of running a dairy farm, raising beef cattle, and growing organic feed, Jeff Corda and his family continue to invest in projects that will ensure the ranch thrives for generations to come. It’s a place you won’t want to miss.
