Tamara is joined by fellow cheesemakers Sue Conley, co-founder of Cowgirl Creamery, Diana Giacomini Hagan from Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co., and Rick Lafranchi of Nicasio Valley Cheese. Hear from these innovative, trailblazing cheesemakers as they share stories of making artisanal cheese in West Marin.
