Ranches Sell and Gift MALT Agricultural Guarantee

Two ranches in Marshall and Tomales became the first to amend their easements with the Marin Agricultural Land Trust to actively require commercial agricultural use in perpetuity, a key part of sustaining ranching and farming in West Marin.
