Ensuring county farms are well managed key to maximizing benefits

In the June 7 election, about 75% of Marin County voters supported the renewal of Measure A — a quarter-cent sales tax to support parks, open space and sustainable agriculture. Measure A’s renewal helps assure equitable access to local, fresh and healthy food for everyone, which can’t happen without local agriculture.
