After you hit submit, you’ll be automatically directed to our waiver page to sign three required documents:
1. Volunteer Waiver
2. Non-disclosure Agreement
3. Photo Release Agreement
Once we’ve received your completed intake form and signed waivers, we will be in touch about next steps, including how to sign up to volunteer at events and to help with other projects.
Returning volunteers: thank you for your continued support of MALT! This refreshed process keeps volunteer information current and ensures signed documents are on file for everyone going forward.
