ART CELEBRATING PROTECTED FARMLANDS IN WEST MARIN
For the past two decades, art and conservation have been coming together at MALT’s bi-annual Ranches & Rolling Hills Art Show and Sale.
For years, a unique group of artists from Marin and Santa Barbara have painted the protected farmlands of West Marin. Their work highlights MALT’s decades-long conservation work to protect Marin’s watersheds, grasslands, wildlife and agricultural heritage.
2019 PARTICIPATING ARTISTS
At the 2019 Ranches & Rolling Hills Art Show and Sale, 24 artists painted new works capturing the farms, ranches, families, livestock, hills and waterways that make up West Marin’s pastoral landscape.
